Abstract
This diploma thesis analyzes a phenomenon of drought in the Czech Republic and usability of mine profiles of the state enterprise DIAMO for water supply. The goal is to reduce a negative impact due to water deficit. Work includes theoretical and practical information in a logical sequence with the economic evaluation of the suitability of the project.
