Hodnotenie efektivity spoločenskej zodpovednosti vo vybranej organizácii

Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is to analyze degree of the social responsibility in the selected bank and by the means of theoretical knowledge to research the realization of responsible activities. According to gained information to evaluate the present situation and suggest improvement of the responsible behavioir of the bank. Diploma thesis consists of the theoretical and practical part. There is an explanation of terms which are connected with the concept of CSR in the theoretical part. The characteristics of the selected organization is described in the practical part. The present condition of the social responsibility of VUB at three domains - economical,social and environmental, is analyzed in the fourth chapter. The next chapter contains suggestions and recommendations which should lead to emproving the concept of CSR of the selected bank. All acquired cognitions are resumed at the end of the thesis. Two approaches of analyse are used in the diploma thesis. The first approach is an interview with the manager of the retail branch and the second approach is content analyse of documents.

Cieľom diplomovej práce je analyzovať mieru spoločenskej zodpovednosti vo vybranej banke a za pomoci teoretických poznatkov preskúmať realizáciu spoločenský zodpovedných aktivít. Na základe získaných informácii zhodnotiť súčasnú situáciu a podať návrhy na zlepšenie zodpovedného správania banky. Diplomová časť sa skladá z teoretickej a praktickej časti. V teoretickej časti sa nachádza vysvetlenie pojmov, ktoré súvisia s konceptom CSR. V praktickej časti sa nachádza charakteristika vybranej organizácie. Vo štvrtej kapitole je analyzovaný súčasný stav spoločenskej zodpovednosti v troch oblastiach - ekonomickej, sociálnej a environmentálnej vo VÚB banke. V nasledujúcej kapitole sú návrhy a odporúčania, ktoré by mali viesť k zlepšeniu konceptu CSR vo vybranej banke. V závere sú zhrnuté všetky získané poznatky. V diplomovej práci sú využité dve metódy analýzy. Prvou metódou je rozhovor s manažérkou retailovej pobočky a druhou metódou je obsahová analýza dokumentov.
