Měření spokojenosti s odborným vzděláváním na střední škole

Abstract

The diploma work deals with the satisfaction measurement with technical education at secondary school. The main objective of this work is to determine satisfaction with the technical training at the secondary school from the point of view of pupils and companies in which students perform their continuous practice. This work contains the characteristics of the selected secondary school, the basic theoretical background of customer satisfaction in the education, methodology of data collection, then analysis of the satisfaction of students and businesses in selected areas and analysis of common parts of the research. The work also contains the proposals and recommendations to improve the training in the secondary school.
