Demonstrační úloha integrace IoT technologií do systému Home Assistant

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to acquaint readers with IoT technologies and their implementation in the Home Assistant system. The first part is devoted to a theoretical introduction to the historical development of IoT technologies. It describes the types of communication protocols used by IoT technologies and also describes the advantages and disadvantages of IoT. In the first part, there will also be an introduction to the Home Assistant system, right from the very composition of the system. The installation methods are listed here, followed by an introduction to the user interface and functions of this system. An integral part is also the implementation of various devices and technologies. The aim of this work is to implement Wi-Fi and ZigBee technologies into the Home Assistant system and their subsequent incorporation into demonstration task.
