Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti společnosti Agrofyto, spol. s r. o. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit výkonnost této společnosti za období pěti let, od roku 2008 do roku 2012, pomocí aplikace zvolených metod a navrhnout případná opatření pro zlepšení výkonnosti. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozbor literárních pramenů týkajících se problematiky hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. Praktická část se zabývá aplikací metody Balanced Scorecard a SWOT analýzy na ekofarmu Agrofyto, spol. s r. o. Na základě syntézy zjištěných výsledků jsou formulována doporučení pro zlepšení výkonnosti.

The thesis is dealing with the assessment of performance of the company Agrofyto, s. r. o. The aim of thesis is to assess the performance of the company in a five-year period, i. e. from 2008 to 2012, using selected methods and suggest possible measures to improve its performance. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the analysis of literary sources concerning the problems of evaluating the performance of the company. The practical part is dealing with the application of the method Balanced Scorecard and SWOT analysis on organic farm Agrofyto, s. r. o. Based on the synthesis of the results obtained, the recommendations for improving performance are suggested.
