Abstract
The bachelor's thesis "Analysis of employee benefits in a selected business corporation" deals with the issue of employee benefits and their use in the company XY, s. r. o. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of employee benefits, their characteristics, methods, legal perspective and accounting. The practical part is focused on the analysis of employee benefits in a selected business corporation and proposing appropriate changes for a more effective method of rewarding.
