Monitorování a měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců metalurgického podniku

Abstract

The goal of my thesis was to find and then evaluate the satisfaction of employees of ArcelorMittal Ostrava Engineering Products Ltd. to help them detect signs and causes of dissatisfaction with the work in the community. First, I presented a definition of job satisfaction and the interpretation of terms related (work, motivation, relationships at work). Then I looked at the process of measuring the satisfaction of its principles, methods and training to the evaluation, monitoring and presentation of results of measuring satisfaction. I used this knowledge in the preparation and evaluation of a questionnaire for the above company. Creation of the questionnaire, its submission, verification, data collection and evaluation is shortly introduced in the last part of my thesis. The technical report in more detail with the outputs from the questionnaire and I suggest recommendations that have resulted from the measurements.
