Zvýšení informační podpory pro záchranu osob z jeskynních systémů a podzemních prostor

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zvýšením informační podpory pro záchranné a likvidační práce prováděné v jeskynních systémech a podzemních prostorách. První část práce se věnuje jeskynním systémům a starým i opuštěným důlním dílům, legislativě spojené s touto oblastí, popisem složek integrovaného záchranného systému realizujících záchranné a likvidační práce v podzemí a dále obecně problematikou záchrany osob z podzemí. Ve druhé části práce je zhodnocena aktuální informační podpora pro velitele zásahu v případě provádění záchranných a likvidačních prací v podzemí a návrh na její zvýšení. Stěžejní část práce je věnována popisu konceptů navrhovaných zásahových karet pro jeskynní systémy a stará důlní díla poskytující nesrovnatelně vyšší informační podporu veliteli zásahu.

This diploma thesis deals with the increase of information support for rescue and liquidation work performed in cave systems and underground spaces. The first part deals with cave systems and old and abandoned mining works, legislation related to this area, description of the components of the integrated rescue system implementing rescue and liquidation work in the underground and in general the issue of rescue of persons from the underground. The second part of the thesis evaluates the current information support for the commander of the intervention in case of implementation of rescue and liquidation works in the underground and a proposal for its increase. The main part of the thesis is devoted to a description of concepts of intervention cards for cave systems and old mining works providing incomparably higher information support to the commander of the intervention.
