Abstract
This diploma thesis is about influence of socially purposeful jobs as the instrument of active employment policy for unemployment in the Kroměříž district.
The main aim of thesis is to analyze using socially purposeful jobs in the Kroměříž district and catpure infulence socially purposeful jobs on unemployment in the district and compare implementation of this instrument with community works. Practical part is about main aim. Partial aim is about Czech employment policy focusing on active employment policy. There is analyzed finance of active employment policy instruments in 2012 - 2016. There is evaluate labor market situation in Czech republic and Kroměříž district. The theoretical part is about partial aim.
Both aims have been achieved. The time series, analysis, time series analysis and comparation were used to achieve the aims.
Effect of socially purposeful jobs for unempolyment is positive in Kroměříž district. Implementation of this instrument decreases share of unemployed persons. Socially purposeful jobs helps long-therm unemployed persons with return to the labor market.
