Abstract

LOJKÁSKOVÁ Adéla : Bytový dům s kavárnou a dětskou hernou – zdravotně technické instalace, Ostrava 2025: Diplomová práce, VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra prostředí staveb a TZB. Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh bytového domu s kavárnou a dětskou hernou se zaměřením na zdravotně technické instalace. Projektová dokumentace je zpracovaná v rozsahu pro provádění stavby.

LOJKÁSKOVÁ Adéla : Residental Building with a Café and children´s Playroom – Sanitary Technical Installations. Diploma thesis, VŠB – Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Environment and Technical Building Services. The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of an Residental building with a café and a children's playroom with a focus on sanitary facilities. The project documentation is prepared in the scope for construction. The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is focused on the architectural and construction design of the object, designed as a three-story building with no basement and a flat roof. The second part deals with the technical equipment of the buildings, specifically sanitary installations. It includes the design of the internal water supply and sewage system, including the design of the route and the necessary calculations for the dimensioning and design of the hot water preparation. Furthermore, the disposal of rainwater and the design of the water supply and sewage connection are addressed.
