Abstract
This thesis deals with analysis of property insurance in terms of insurance conditions, legal and economic aspects. There are determined criteria that influace those interested in property insurance based on analysis of insurance conditions and experience from real work in this area. These criteria are ranked according to their importance and assigned them weight. In the end, this work also deals with trends that can influence property insurnace in the future.
