Analýza vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

The main objective of this Bachelor’s Thesis is to analyze employee learning and development in engineering company UNEX a.s. Based on the findings then assess its current status and, if necessary, make recommendations for its improvement. First part of the thesis is an overview of the theoretical area of company education system. The following is a description of the company itself and analysis of a particular system of education of the company UNEX a.s. Based on structured interviews with the Personnel department and the study of internal guidelines in the final part of the thesis there is the evaluation of the current state of business education, detection of any deficiencies and recommendations for future improvements.
