Abstract

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the evaluation of employee engagement level in a selected manufacturing organization’s process. Main aim of this work is to evaluate engagement and based the evaluation to create proposals for engagement´s improvement. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the characteristic of human resources, basic terms related to engagement, factors of engagement and ways to increase engagement at work are described. The forms of evaluation of engagement´s level and ways to acquire data for measurement are also characterized. Further the CTS Czech Republic s.r.o. company itself is described. Practical part of this work presents the analysis of the engagement level in this organization and the results of measurement itself. Measurement´s results were graphically evaluated and interpreted. The last part includes conclusion of the work and of the measurement. There are also suggestions for improvements in the future.
