Abstract

This thesis deals with the tasks, activities and protection of police forces of the police control service units, particularly of the escort unit of the Moravskoslezský region. In the first part, the legislation concernig the service of special police forces is introduced. The second part refers to correcive means, special corrective means and protection means of police forces control service, methods of their utilization, the circumstances and conditions under which they can be used in the police operation. The third part outlines the problems associated with the police forces service. It shows various dangers of practising the profession of a member of these police forces control service. The final part is based on the questionnaire and it shows the risks associated with insecurity of the police equipment and clothing and it offers appropriate measures to improve the protection of the police forces control service in their service.
