Abstract
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to explore as many possibilities of using the NI myRIO device for industry 4.0 and then to design and create a model for the use of myRIO in industry 4.0 and SMART technologies. 3D printing is used for the most components of the model. The model is created for students, they can try their programming skills of a similar device for real using. Predictive maintenance of an asynchronous motor based on vibration measurements is included in the work. After programming model can measure current, temperature, motor speed with the possibility of controlling the frequency and direction of motor rotation. Simulation of a production line is also created for the project. Communication with myRIO is provided via Wi-Fi and the user interface is created in LabVIEW.
