Vyhodnocení účinnosti odmašťování povrchů kovů pomocí online měření povrchového napětí a úhlu smáčení

Abstract

This diploma thesis is based on surface tension or contact angle measurement through measuring device - Attension Theta. In the theoretical part of this diploma thesis there are described physical connections with surface tension and contact angle. Because of these physical properties it is possible to determine if degreasing was successful or not. Basically the whole measurement is based on Young´s equation which is applied in the measuring device Attension Theta. There are also mentioned other measuring methods of surface properties on the phase interfaces and some procedures how to remove grease from the metal surfaces. In the practical part there is described two different methods which was used for degreasing of three different metal surfaces, consecutive data assessment and graphic representation of results.
