Analýza ukazatele produktivity práce v hutích

Abstract

The theme of this bachelor thesis is analysis of indicators of productivity of work in metallurgical companies. The aim is to determine fundamental productivities of work, ways how we calculate individual productivies and which factors influence it. The thesis is composed of two parts. Theoretical part deals with productivity in general, productivity of work, describes its particular components and possible influences, which result in its change. In practical part is performed calculation and analysis of individual productivities in ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. (abb. AMO). Influences, which have in result change of productivities in monitored period of time, are determined on the basis of the analysis. In final part recommandations leading to increase productivity of work in AMO are suggested.
