Abstract

The aim of this work is to design an appropriate use of areas designated for new construction of individual housing in "Jasénka" in Hlučín. This work focuses on urban design with regard to the master plan and the existing limits in the natural and technical nature which arise from it. The work deals with the use of multiple variants that one option is taken to its final form. The study is the drafting of land transport services, solutions of technical infrastructure, visualization and evaluation of the likely financial cost of the proposed solution. The purpose is to ensure a peaceful and modern living, which includes a breakout.
