Optimalizace nakládky a navážky materiálu v Kamenolomu Hrabůvka

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku nakládky a navážky materiálu v kamenolomu Hrabůvka. Řešení této problematiky přinese efektivnější využití těžební a navážkové techniky. Úvodem diplomové práce je popsán kamenolom Hrabůvka z hlediska historie a petrografie. Okrajově je zmíněna technologie výroby a expedice hotových výrobků. Podrobněji pak bude vylíčen současný stav nakládky a navážky materiálu a to dvěma způsoby, které budou mezi sebou porovnány. Díky výstupům z výpočtů bude navrženo vhodné řešení pro zlepšení současného stavu. V závěru nebude chybět ani ekonomické zhodnocení tohoto řešení.

The master thesis deals with the problematic of the loading and portioning of material in the stone quarry Hrabůvka. A solution of this problem will bring more efficient utilization of the mining and portioning techniques. The introduction of the thesis describes the quarry Hrabuvka in terms of history and petrography. The technology and shipping finished products are mentioned marginally. More details will be paid on the portrayal of the current state of the two different ways of loading and portioning of the material, which will be compared to each other. The outputs from the calculations will be used to propose appropriate solutions to improve the current situation. In the end there will also be an economic evaluation of this solution.
