Abstract
The theme of my thesis is the ADR (European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods) ADR was founded in 1957 in Geneva and Czechoslovakia acceded to it in 1987. Then I focused on the issue of road transport trucks and trucks through the city Bílina. In addition, I spent the next problem, and it is car accident with dangerous substances.
