Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the design of a family house in Dolní Lhota with the solution of internal sewerage and sewage disposal. The project documentation will be prepared in the scope of documentation for the implementation of the construction. This work deals with the design of a two-storey family house without a basement. The construction will also include a terrace and a paved area for parking vehicles. The family house is designed for 5 inhabitants. The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the internal sewerage and the removal of sewage and its treatment by a domestic wastewater treatment plant. Part of the work is the design of an alternative solution for sewage disposal, which is the design of a drainless tank (cesspit). Last but not least, the thesis deals with the drainage of rainwater from the roof of the house and the paved area into an accumulation tank, from which unused rainwater will be drained into the subsoil. In conclusion, this bachelor thesis assesses the economic aspect of both alternatives of the wastewater disposal system. It compares the set-up and operating costs and evaluates which of the alternatives is the better solution for the proposed family house.
