Abstract

This thesis deals with the marketing communication of the clients mobile application. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the marketing communication of this app and based on this analysis to suggest possible changes that could help increase the number of satisfied users of the application. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis for marketing communication and the company that provides this app to its clients is characterized from perspective of macro and micro environment. In the second part is performed a research, where the observation method is used for the analysis of PPC campaigns and is completed by marketing research among clients. In the chapter Suggestions and Recommendations there are stated suggestions to improve various elements of the marketing communication of the mobile application. Chapters with the Analysis and Suggestions are not publicly accessible, as well as parts of Annexes
