Návrh aplikace metody 5S na dílně obrábění

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the issue of the 5S method with the aim to propose its application. Application design is in the context of machining workshop. The theoretical part is devoted to defining wider context of the 5S method to Kaizen approach and basics of Lean Enterprise. There is described theoretical background of the 5S method and specification of each pillar. There are considered risks of application of the 5S method. The practical part deals with designing work instruction of application of the 5S method in TATRA TRUCKS a.s. company with respect to the analysis of default situation. Created solution provide the application itself – called „Action 5S“, which introduces the first three pillars of this method in a workplace immediately. To maintain established practice, there is defined 5S standard, which makes requirements for maintaining the 5S method.
