Aplikace technologie ke snižování jemných částic ve finálním produktu v kamenolomu Bystřec

Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes brief history of Bystrec stonepit, its geographical relations and the character of the deposit as well as the mining process. Next tis the description of current stone treatment technology. To increase sales, and associated economical use of the deposit, it is necessary to achieve higher quality of currently sold 0/4 fraction, which has an excessive amount of fine particles (filer). This particles have a negative impact on the quality of bituminous mixtures that are being made by our customers and are the subject of their complaints. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate current technological process and propose a solution to reduce fine particles in the end product of crushed stones 0/4.
