Abstract
Bachelor essay is dealt with finding a suitable type of coal for a preparation of coal charge for carbon deposit and its resulting for a production of blast-furnace and foundry coke.
First part of essay involves a characterization of black coal, formation, classification, petrographic elements and coal quality.
The coking qualities of coal and other important features, which have an influence upon a creation and quality of coke, coking process and coke formation are explained in the second part of essay.
