Thesis is dealing with problems of cooperation between safety dispatching and technological dispatching in BC - MCHZ during posible extraordinary events. The autor focus on finding basic algorithm of cooperation thanks to the analysis of some kinds of extraordinary events. Also it deal swith actual status of flood measures in factory with using analysis of floods in year 1997 and changes which happens in this area.
