Abstract

This thesis is about predicting of deformation behavior during cold forming a hollow blank. Analyzed component is actually manufactured and form an integral part headrest car, which performs multiple functions. The aim of the work is to investigate the deformation behavior of the blank during forming using numerical modeling. The results are compared in terms of their practical compared with constant values achieved.
