Abstract

Diploma thesis considers “Competitiveness Evaluation of the Manufacturing Company”, which has negative profit. This thesis is divided into part of theoretical and practical. Theoretical part defines basic concepts, points on competitiveness factors, competitive edge and approaches and methods to evaluation. Practical part applies this approaches and methods on selected company. After evaluation is used analysis of macro environment, microenvironment and internal analysis. In the end are also used summary methods and determined verdict. Last part is devoted to keeping and improving current analyzed situation.
