The subject of the bachelor thesis is a design of an apartment building with café, which is located in Ostrava, on the cadastral territory of Slezská Ostrava, and the preparation of project documentation for the construction. The design follows the study of a preprocessed project from the subject Atelier Creation I. the project documentation is based on the subject Atelier Creation Va. The apartment house Slezská Ostrava is multi-purpose, three-storey building vith a café and five aparments.
