Příprava mládeže pro činnost v jednotkách sboru dobrovolných hasičů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou mládeže pro činnost v jednotkách sboru dobrovolných hasičů. V první části práce je popsán současný stav požární ochrany. Další část je zaměřena na současný stav přípravy mládeže od nejmladších dětí po dorost. Práce představuje poznatky s činností mládeže v zahraničí a krátké srovnání s přístupem v ČR. Na základě současné odborné přípravy jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů byl v poslední části bakalářské práce vznesen návrh na zapojení samotných členů jednotky požární ochrany k činnosti a přípravě mladých hasičů k jednotkám sboru dobrovolných hasičů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of youth for activities in units of the volunteer fire brigade. The first part of the work describes the current state of fire protection. Another part focuses on the current state of youth preparation from the youngest children to adolescents. The thesis presents knowledge with youth activities abroad and a short comparison with access in the Czech Republic. On the basis of the current training of the volunteer fire brigade units, a proposal is made in the last part of the bachelor thesis to involve the members of the fire protection unit themselves in the activities and preparation of young firefighters to the units of the volunteer fire brigade.
