Analýza systému managementu kvality a návrh opatření ke zlepšení.

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis "Quality Management System Analysis and Proposal of Improvement Actions" is the analysis of the Quality Management System in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the established Quality Management System according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009, identify potential weak points and propose measures to improvement. The theoretical part focuses on the development of the Quality Management System, basis and principle of the standards. In the practical part is implemented the mentioned analyse and the main deficiencies are summarized. The directive for the process of the project and development is processed in terms of the project for the improving measures.
