Abstract
The subject of this dissertation is an analysis of the hazards and risks associated with the execution of the firefighting mission of the fire fighting vehicles of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. This analysis is focuses on identification of the main risks in terms of crew and environmental safety.
The analysis of accident statistics of the vehicles of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic deals with accidents caused by engineers on water tender vehicles.
The analysis of the exit activity of the vehicles of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic deals with the evaluation of vertical profiles, as well as horizontal profiles of exit routes both in the straight direction and in curves with a division into the part of the route in the city, on the out-of-town communications and off the paved roads. This analysis divides driving by time of day.
The next part of the thesis is devoted to testing the driving dynamics of water tender type vehicles on a training polygon, with a focus on testing of braking and driving in-circle.
The last part of this thesis deals with a measurement solution design for the stress load of drivers while driving and the practical verification of this solution on a training polygon during driver training.
