Měření časových souvislostí mezi EKG a pletysmografickým záznamem

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is measuring and processing ECG and pletysmographycal records, especialy seeking out their significant marks. It describes the algorithms, used for seeking out the marks and their mathematical notation and matter, and programs used for visualization of algorithms output. The basic charge of this thesis is also assembling of measurement chain using amplifier of biological signals g.BSamp and analog-to-digital convertor (ADC) DAQPad NI 6025E. It also describes theory of ECG and pulswave, and spreading of biological signals in human organism. All used programs and algorithms are created in MATLAB development environment.
