Abstract

Employment of the Handicapped People with the Support of the European Funds. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the support of the handicapped people through the projects implemented with the financial support of the European Union operational programs. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to introduction; the employment policy is presented in the second chapter. The following third chapter is devoted to structural funds and in particular to the European social fund and its operational programs focusing on the employment. The fourth chapter describes two projects aimed at the employment support of the handicapped people. This bachelor thesis is finished by the fifth chapter representing conclusion.
