Abstract

This bachelor work themed Small and Medium – size Enterprise is provided in fictitiously based company VINOLA, s. r. o. Target work has make practical manual for the future enterprisers. The bachelor work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In theoretical part are clarified fundamental terms like a company, enterprise, business firm etc. The work is sight on determination of small and medium company from different aspects, theirs advantages and disadvantages and on various law forms of business. Last chapter attend to entrepreneurial plan, that is an important document before starting entrepreneurial activities. In practical part is described procedure of turn fictiously based company and her resulting rise. There is designed a business plan of the fictious company too, which state future economy of the company, her position in the marketplace, organizational structure and so on.
