Využití cloud computingu pro implementaci spisové služby ve státní správě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití spisové služby za pomocí cloud computingového prostředí ve státní správě České republiky. V teoreticko-metodické části je popsána problematika cloud computingu, který je v této práci klíčový pro implementaci spisové služby. Další část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu informačního systému a využití cloud computingu ve státní správě se zaměřením na spisovou službu. Následně je popsán možný způsob implementace, vyhodnocení a ekonomická náročnost tohoto řešení.

The diploma thesis is focused on using of document management in cloud computing environment in the state administration of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical and methodological part are described the problems of cloud computing, which in thesis is crucial for the implementation of document management. Next part is focused on analyzing the current state of information system and the use of cloud computing in government, focusing on document management. Then a possible way of implementation, evaluation and economic cost of this solution is described.
