Abstract
Diploma thesis is focused on application of intercultural management, whose importance is rising during last years. Nowadays, in globalization world it is not possible to use the same universalistic managerial methods and approaches in all countries without difference and it is necessary for organization to adapt to specific cultural conditions. The thesis is focused on comparison of Czech, Bulgarian, Romanian and Ukrainian culture and on mapping of used principles and methods of intercultural management by chosen company at the places of its operation.
