Zpracování strategické analýzy podniku ve stavebním průmyslu

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to conduct an analysis of the internal and external environment of the company using selected methods and, based on the evaluation, to propose suitable recommendations. For the analysis of the company's environment, PEST analysis, Porter's model of competitive environment, Ratio analysis of financial indicators, 7S analysis, and a comprehensive SWOT analysis were utilized. In conclusion, the state of the company was evaluated, revealing that the company operates in a highly competitive environment and faces potential threats related to the shortage of natural materials and competition from Poland and Slovakia. It was also found that the company has many strengths in the form of quality products or specialized production, as well as opportunities in the production of recycled materials or precast concrete.
