Studie zaměstnávání cizinců a bezpečnostní rizika

Abstract

Předložená Bakalářská práce popisuje zaměstnávání cizinců a bezpečnostní rizika z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Popisuje také obecná pravidla a zákonné úpravy, které tuto problematiku obsahují. V první části se jedná o popis souvislostí zaměstnanosti, trhu práce, politiky zaměstnanosti v souvislosti a se současnými trendy v oblasti zaměstnávání cizinců. V dalších částech popisuje právní vymezení zaměstnávání cizinců, povinnosti zaměstnavatelů v České republice a úhel pohledu v oblasti legálního a nelegálního zaměstnávání. Řeší také proceduru a státní instituce, které se danou problematikou zabývají. Řeší také pohled na bezpečnostní rizika spojená se zaměstnáváním cizinců. Jedná se o rizika spojená s pracovním prostředím, pracovními podmínkami, rizika spojená integrací, kriminalitou a také rizika související s fyzickou bezpečností a možnou šedou ekonomikou. V části praktické řeší aktuální statistiky a komparace spojené s návrhy na minimalizaci patologických jevů.

The presented Bachelor thesis describes the employment of foreigners and security risks from the employer's perspective. It also describes the general rules and legal regulations that contain this issue. The first part describes the employment context, labour market, employment policy in relation to and with the current trends in the employment of foreigners. In the following parts, it describes the legal definition of employment of foreigners, the obligations of employers in the Czech Republic and the point of view in the area of legal and illegal employment. It also addresses the procedure and state institutions dealing with the issue. It also addresses the security risks associated with the employment of foreigners. These include risks related to the working environment, working conditions, risks related to integration, crime, as well as risks related to physical security and the possible grey economy. The practical part deals with actual statistics and comparisons linked to suggestions for minimizing pathological phenomena.
