Variantní provedení střešních klempířských konstrukcí zadaného objektu - včetně vyhodnocení zadaných kritérií (časové, ekonomické)

Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is to design variant realizations of roof plumbing structures of the specified object and their evaluation in terms of financial costs and delays. The specified object is an administrative and educational center with three floors and a basement. The roof plumbing structures are designed for a saddle roof with roofing made from concrete roof tiles stacked on battens. The thesis compares and evaluates variants of plumbing structures using titan-zinc, copper and steel galvanized with zinc products. Part of this work is a project documentation in the range of a realization of the building according to Annex no. 6 of Decree no. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation, supplemented by Decree no. 62/2013 Coll. Other documents are itemized budgets of individual variants, work schedule and the project of building site arrangement. At the end of the thesis the evaluation of specified criteria and technology of plumbing structures are presented.
