Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je projektová dokumentace stavby objektu nákupního centra. Cílem dokumentace je stavebně technické a dispoziční řešení budovy v rozsahu pro provádění stavby. Součástí koncepce řešení je tepelně technické posouzení konstrukcí obálky budovy. Výsledkem diplomové práce je návrh třípodlažní stavby s jedním podlažím podzemním, půdorysně obdélníkového tvaru, zastřešené plochou střechou. Funkční náplní objektu je prodej potravin, lahůdek, oděvů a průmyslového zboží.

The content of this thesis is the project documentation of building a shopping center. The aim of the technical documentation of the construction and layout of the building at the rate of execution of the project. The solution concept is thermally technical assessment of the design of the building envelope. The result of this thesis is to design a three-storey building with one floor underground, rectangular floor plan, covered flat roof. Function of the premises is the sale of food, treats, apparel and industrial goods.
