Abstract
This Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of selected processes of realization of building contract in Geostav, spol. s r. o., which deals with complex services in the field of special founding. The theoretical part describes the individual principles of planning and controlling the course of the contract. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the current status of the contract. The last part is presented a proposal for improvement of the process of realization of building contract.
