Abstract
This Thesis has been written as an innovative project for contemporary safety in buildings of the EKKM a.s. company and newly built photovoltaic power station with the draft of optimal solution of deficiencies. The mail target of this Thesis is by using the methods, analysis and the rating of the safety risks, to identify the critical points its technical security and to suggest a functional and efficient connecting of both buildings. The introduction is describing an enumeration of the most important legal regulations and standards related to these issues and theoretical basis of the safety project. The main part of the Thesis is focused on description of all buildings, which are owned by the company and to identify the critical points of these buildings by helping the statistics and the analysis results. By these analysis results there has been designed three drafts for the possible changes in identified risks and the recommendation and there has been chosen the most optimal draft.
