Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on how to control industrial wastewater treatment plant in Unipetrol RPA. The technology of individual sewage phases, their management before and after reconstruction of individual operational systems, control centers, field instrumentation and related equipment is described in the thesis. Beside this, the method of gathering information about processes and management capabilities as well as device control is explained. The work also describes the topology of proprietary Delta-V control system, its layout for each sewage plant’s phase, including the method of obtaining information about individual process data and method for controlling technology actuators. At the end of the thesis there are described the methods of control and regulation of dosing individual chemicals into the activation tanks, and aeration processes control.
