Metodika testování, návrh a realizace testeru pro zkoušení řídicí jednotky vzduchotechniky VCR

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to develop a tester that will check VCR control units and specify a methodology of the check process. The tester will be used to identify the required input states and measure output values that will allow the personnel performing the check to verify full functionality of the installed application and connection according to the specific requirements of the customer. VCR control unit consists of circuit breakers, contactors, relays, switches and similar components connected to the programmable controller made by Siemens. These components are mounted into the distribution box and connected by conductors. VCR control unit represents a unique solution to the REMAK a.s. air-conditioning system control providing the control and regulation of air-conditioning. The personnel performing the check currently check the control units only by a millimetre and personal arrangement and they often do not know what it is that the control unit controls. This thesis should raise awareness of the personnel performing the check as far as the control unit is concerned focusing on specific applications, reduction of human errors, improvement of ergonomics, reduction of cost and all this with regard to the real conditions and needs of the check process.
