Marketingový průzkum znalostí o památce UNESCO v Kroměříži

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis deals with marketing research of people’s knowledge of the UNESCO sight in Kroměříž. It is focused, above all, on the research outside Kroměříž, in towns Valašské Meziříčí, Olomouc, Brno, Zlín, Praha, Ústí nad Labem, Jihlava, Karlovy Vary and Uherské Hradiště. It investigates what people know about the sight and whether they have already visited it. If yes, whether they want to come again and what would they expect there. The method of research questionnaire was chosen as a basic source for this issue investigation; the questionnaire deals with people’s knowledge of the Archiepiscopal Castle and Gardens in Kroměříž. The conclusion brings new possibilities of suggesting ideas to raise the awareness and attendance of Archiepiscopal Castle and Gardens outside Kroměříž.
