The thesis aims to evaluates the financial performance of the company Barum Continental s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on defining the concept of performance, description of the financial analysis, comprehensive models for evaluating financial performance, economic value added, cost of capital and pyramid decomposition of financial indicators. The practical part is focused on financial analysis and financial evaluation of business performance Barum Continental s.r.o. The thesis includes also the comparison with average values of the industry. At the close of the thesis is evaluate the financial performance of the company.
