Abstract

The aim of this dissertation is to assess a proposal to increase capacity as the current production and possibilities to expand the product range in Klecany stone quarry. In this work, I am going to list proposed options, individual proposals and their pros and cons. Out of these options I would like to pick the one which should be The most fit for purpose and the location in question when it comes to profitability, technical specifications and reachability. This dissertation of mine could prove to a good basis for a business project whether it is an increase in production or a product range axpansion. It should make a decision making process about rentability and a return on investment at the location easier.
