Aplikace procesu zahájení podnikání společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

This thesis is solving the application of the process relating to starting a business of the company with limited liability. In the work are defined individual basic terms related to business environment, there are also analyzed the different legal form of business in the Czech Republic and Switzerland, including their mutual comparison. In the work are described all duties of entrepreneurs and also problems related to establishment of the pension and work in this business. Closer attention is payed to the business plan and its composition and it is also described in detail. The actual outcome of this work is creating a business plan for company with limited liability including a decription of the individual steps of its establishment, based on the requirement of the Czech legislation. Under the legal form is situated pension „Pod Čertovým mlýnem“. On the basis of ascertainded data we can see the potential benefits and risks of the founding of the pension.
