Abstract

This thesis is devoted to reverse FMEA as a tool for prevention of defects occurrence in chosen manufacturing company. Theoretical part deals with description of used FMEA methodology. A practical with description of the RFMEA method on a particular production project. The main objective is to describe the use of this method in praxis and updated PFMEA document.
